Assembling LED Scrolling Sign Step 1 ลำดับที่ 1

Prepare all the materials needed. เตรียมอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดไว้ให้พร้อม

LED Board  บอร์ด LED

5V Power Supply สวิตชิงเพาเวอร์ซัพพลาย  5Vย

LED Controller คอนโทรลเลอร์

Angle Bar แผ่นอะลูมิเนียม

Aluminum Corner ขอบอะลูมิเนียม

Aluminum Frame กรอบอะลูมิเนียม

Electrical Wire สายไฟ

Ribbon Flat Wire สายไฟ

Step 2 ลำดับที่ 2

Connect the Aluminum frame with the Aluminum Corner. Leave the other side open as shown in figure 2.

Connect the Aluminum Angle with the LED Board/Module on both sides. Do this on all the modules.

Step 4 ลำดับที่ 4

Put the module side by side in the frame from step two. Get the other aluminum corner and connect it with the other side. Make sure all the modules are properly secured. Check any loose screw and tighten it.

นำบอร์ดLED ลงไปใส่ในแผ่นอะลูมิเนียมที่ประกอบไว้ตั้งแต่ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 แล้วนำน๊อตไขลงไปในแผ่นอะลูมิเนียมไขให้แน่น ดังรูปภาพ

 

 

Step 5 ลำดับที่ 5

At the back of the module are two screws, loosen these and connect the electric wire cable with a horse shoe shape tip as in figure 5. On both sides of the modules are two black connectors. Plug the Ribbon Flat Wires as in figure 5.

Step 6 ลำดับที่ 6

Install the Receiving Card followed by the Power Supply.

หลังจากที่เชื่อมต่อสายไฟ ดำ – แดง เสร็จเรียบร้อยแร้ว ใส่คอนโทรลเลอร์และสวิตชิงเพาเวอร์ซัพพลายลงไป ดังรูปภาพ

Step 7 ลำดับที่ 7

Connect the end of the electrical wires to the power supply as shown in figure 7. For safety measures, bind the wires together using the wire tie.

หลังจากใส่คอนโทรลเลอร์และสวิตชิงเพาเวอร์ซัพพลายลงไปแล้วให้ เชื่อมต่อสายไฟ ดำ – แดง อีกครั้ง เชื่อมต่อเข้ากับคอนโทรลและสวิตชิงเพาเวอร์ซัพพลาย ดังรูป

 Step 8 ลำดับที่ 8
