In order to have the right LED Display, you will be needing to identify the viewing distance. In this blog, we will help you to identify in the easy and quickest way to learn it.
Distance is one of the important things to have the best-LED Display for your liking. It will depend on the pixel pitch and the distance.
When the observer faces the LED, the maximum brightness of the LED can be seen. When the observer moves to the left or right, the brightness seen will decrease. When the brightness is reduced to half of the maximum brightness, the angle at this time is added. The sum of the angles obtained by moving in the opposite direction is called the horizontal viewing angle, and the vertical viewing angle is measured in the same manner.
In order to identify you can calculate as seen as the example below.
Calculation of Viewing Distance
Minimum viewing distance can display the distance of smooth image: LED display visible distance = pixel spacing (mm) × 1000
The most suitable viewing distance, the viewer can see the distance of the high-definition picture: the best viewing distance of the LED display = pixel spacing (mm) × 3000
The farthest viewing distance: LED screen farthest viewing distance = screen height (m) × 30 (times)
Minimum viewing distance of P6=6mmx1000=6m
The most suitable viewing distance for P6 = 6mmx3000=18m
LED display have many type of pixel pitch, we have P2.5 which has the minimum angle viewing of 2.5 meters, P3 have 3 meters, P5 also have 5 meters and many more.
To have a suitable led display for your possible audience identify the viewing distance. Do you have questions or additional information leave us your comment below.
